About the Project

The purpose of the initiation plan project is to operationalize the JMC-SPP first phase

Objectives

The outcome is that the JMC engages effectively in ceasefire monitoring in accordance with the National Ceasefire Agreement and informed by international humanitarian law and international human rights law

Expected Results

  • JMC has the capacity to carry out its core functions.
  • JMC’s core functions are strengthened and informed by international humanitarian law and international human rights law.
  • JMC support platform in place to channel institutional and technical assistance to the JMC.
